Yo Re Mi is a music, movement, and mindfulness methodology designed to support the whole child. Through our unique integration of yoga, live music, and mindful awareness, children build focus, self-regulation, creativity, and connection in a joyful, non-competitive environment.
Our certified Yo Re Mi teachers bring this work directly into schools and communities through engaging, curriculum-aligned classes, workshops, and assemblies that create meaningful impact in the classroom.
