Bio
I am a woman who has spent her life as a child who refused to lose her joy, I am beyond grateful to have found a path forward with my practice to share that joy through movement with the next generation.

About Yoremi
Yo Re Mi is a music, movement, and mindfulness methodology designed to support the whole child. Through our unique integration of yoga, live music, and mindful awareness, children build focus, self-regulation, creativity, and connection in a joyful, non-competitive environment. Our certified Yo Re Mi teachers bring this work directly into schools and communities through engaging, curriculum-aligned classes, workshops, and assemblies that create meaningful impact in the classroom. Looking to bring Yo Re Mi to your school? Hire a certified teacher to lead dynamic, evidence-based experiences your students and staff will feel immediately. Want training for you or your team? Our Children’s Yoga Teacher Certification equips educators, counselors, social workers, and related service providers with developmentally aligned tools that support regulation, connection, and learning readiness throughout the day—no prior yoga or music background required.
